Refund Policy

Booking amount is partially refundable depending on cancellation timing.

Cancellation 7+ days before departure:
70% refund.

If you choose not to take a refund, 50% of the booking amount can be carried forward as credit and redeemed on your next trip (only applicable for cancellations made 36+ hours before departure).

Cancellation within 36 hours of departure:
25% refund.

Activity charges already booked with vendors may be non-refundable.

Refund or credit processing can take 3-5 business days.
Trip Cancellation By Escaply

Escaply follows an inquiry-first model.

Trips may only proceed if minimum participant count is achieved.

If Escaply cancels a trip before confirmation,
users receive a full refund.

Weather conditions, roadblocks, government restrictions,
or safety issues may result in cancellation or rescheduling.
Travel Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for their own belongings.

Escaply is not liable for theft, injury,
delays, accidents, natural disasters,
or unforeseen events.

Adventure activities such as rafting,
trekking, camping etc. involve inherent risk.

Participants should ensure they are medically fit for the trip.
Payment Policy

Partial advance payment may be required to confirm seats.

Remaining payment must be completed before departure.

Failure to complete payment may result in seat cancellation.
Community Guidelines

Respect fellow travelers and local communities.

Harassment, violence, illegal substances,
or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

Escaply reserves the right to remove participants
causing serious disruption.
